Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Afflumia, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation of Services

Service Start Date: Once a service has begun, you are entitled to cancel the service at any time before the work is completed.

Notice of Cancellation: To cancel a service, please provide written notice to us via email at [email protected]. This notice must be received before the service completion date to qualify for cancellation under the terms of this policy.

2. Refund Policy

Services Rendered: If services have been rendered (e.g., email campaigns, consulting sessions), no refunds will be issued. This includes any work that has been started or completed for the agreed-upon service.

Pre-Paid Services: If you have paid for a service in advance and the work has not started, you may be eligible for a full refund upon request.

Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service initiation date to be considered. Requests received after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in the terms of your agreement.

3. Exceptions

Technical Issues or Failure: If we are unable to deliver services due to technical issues on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the disruption.

Customer Responsibility: Refunds will not be issued if the customer has not followed the requirements or instructions provided by us for the service.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

• The service you wish to cancel or request a refund for

5. No Refunds on Services After Completion

• Once the service has been fully completed and delivered, no refund requests will be considered.
